We are committed to developing and implementing comprehensive quality assurance policies, guidelines, standards, and benchmarks aligned with international best practices for infrastructure projects across various sectors.

2. Monitor & Set up Quality Testing Laboratories:
   We strive to maintain the integrity and reliability of quality assessment processes by accrediting and monitoring quality testing laboratories and centers. Through transparent evaluation criteria, robust assessment methodologies, and regular monitoring, we aim to uphold the credibility and effectiveness of quality testing procedures.
3. Provide Comprehensive Training and Capacity Building:
   A key objective of QAA is to equip stakeholders with the knowledge, skills, and tools necessary to uphold and promote quality assurance principles. We are committed to providing comprehensive training and capacity-building programs tailored to the specific needs of government departments, industry professionals, and other stakeholders involved in engineering works.

    As an organization that understands that an Infrastructure is “Quality Infrastructure” only when it positively impacts the lives of its beneficiaries, we plan to conduct comprehensive social impact assessments for construction projects, ensuring that quality assurance processes consider the broader implications on local communities, cultural heritage, and social equity, and strive to maximize positive outcomes while minimizing adverse effects.
