In today’s fast-evolving world, quality infrastructure is not just a symbol of development- it is the very foundation upon which a progressive and resilient state is built. Recognizing this, the Government of Haryana is committed to establishing systems that are robust, future-ready and driven by transparent, accountable processes. The establishment of Quality Assurance Authority (QAA) is a landmark initiative in this direction.

Through the QAA, we aim to institutionalize a culture of engineering excellence, where innovation, safety and sustainability are embedded in every stage of planning and execution of public infrastructure projects. This initiative is a testament to our resolve to ensure that the infrastructure we create today strands the test of the time and serves generations to come.

The QAA will serve as a critical pillar in our governance framework, promoting a standardized approach to quality across department and ensuring that public works adhere to the highest benchmarks of design, construction and maintenance. With a strong emphasis on transparency and accountability, this authority will foster trust among citizens and stakeholders alike.
